This is the most recent Terms of Service agreement as of February 2nd, 2018.
IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL TERMS OF SERVICE THEN DO NOT REGISTER OR USE THE SOCIAL SENSEI SERVICE.
Any changes to the terms & conditions in the future modify and replace all former agreements.
Social Sensei will only be used for promotional purposes for your account.
We require your Instagram credentials to run our service because we need access to your Instagram API. To run our service we use your Instagram API to target your specific target audience to drive traffic to your account. This allows an increase of your accounts exposure to an audience that actually cares about what you are posting and results in organic growth of real followers.
We can not guarantee any amount of followers, likes or comments to your account in any way. The amount of followers you gain per month will be dependent upon the size of the audience you target, quality of content you post, and quantity of content you post.
All engagement (likes, comments, messages, & follows) by Social Sensei or related services on behalf of your Instagram account are chosen through hashtags, usernames, or geo location tags – we cannot guarantee engagement to be of the appropriate content and it will be the users responsibility to monitor the content their account is engaging with. (Example: photos containing nudity with the hash-tags #fitness or #nutrition)
PayPal & Payment
Upon purchasing Social Sensei’s services, you agree that you will not file a fraudulent dispute via PayPal.
Your recurring payment term will automatically recur for the same amount at the same terms if you fail to cancel or notify us for cancellation of your account prior to your next billing cycle.
Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all followers and likes, close your account and/or permanently ban your IP address.
If you fail to reply within 1 week of us communicating with you you will automatically forfeit any chance of a refund for that month and previous payments.
We require your Instagram username and password to obtain required information for Social Sensei services.
By subscribing to a specific Instagram plan (Basic, Influencer, or Business), you must pay for the plan’s current billing cycle before cancelling your subscription. If at any stage you would like to cancel your plan please contact our support team at [email protected]
You agree by registering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.
You will in no way copy any programming, text or images used on the Social Sensei website without the written consent of a Social Sensei representative.
You will only use the Social Sensei website in a manner which follows all agreements made with Instagram on their Terms of Service page.
Reviews & Public Usage
If you are asked for a Social Sensei review, we have the right to utilize reviews publicly on forums, websites, etc. If you would like to have your review removed please contact our support team at [email protected]sensei.com and we can arrange to have it taken down.
Social Sensei is in no way liable for any account suspension or content removed by Instagram.
Social Sensei is not responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer from using the Social Sensei service. Social Sensei makes no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services that we provide. Since Social Sensei uses the internet to deliver services, we can not guarantee uptime or availability of our website or our services.
Change of Terms
This Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on the Social Sensei website. No further notice by Social Sensei is required upon your continued use of our website or service.
Since Social Sensei is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service has begun. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any service on our website.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply.
Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund on the following reasons:
Non-delivery of the product: in some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed.
Dissatisfaction, if you are 100% unsatisfied and our service did not provide you any results you will be granted a full refund.
Product not-as-described: such issues should be reported to our support department within 7 days from the date of the purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. Complaints which are based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes are not honored.
